Processing

Orders usually process within 3–5 business days after payment. Customized work may need extra time. Sundays and public holidays are excluded.

Delivery

India: typically 3–10 business days. International: typically 7–21 business days. Courier capacity, destination, customs, weather, festivals and unforeseen events can change estimates.

Shipping Charges

Shipping is separate from product price. Charges depend on product, package size/weight, destination and handling requirements. Applicable charges are confirmed before dispatch.

International Orders

Selected countries are supported. Customs duties, import taxes, VAT and similar destination charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Tracking & Delivery

Tracking may be shared by email, SMS or WhatsApp. Provide a complete address and contact details. Open-box delivery is unavailable. For fragile orders, record a continuous unboxing video immediately.

Damage & Delays

Report damage, defects, tampering or missing items within 48 hours at info.raadhaye@gmail.com with Order ID, product/packaging photos and the unboxing video. Courier, weather, holiday, customs, remote-area and other uncontrollable delays may occur.
